  • PayPal Checkout appears only when the provider, credentials, merchant, verified webhook, settlement, reconciliation and operational controls are configured and tested; every other state fails closed.
  • A preview, price or quote does not by itself create a sale, paid license, balance or withdrawal.
  • The model uses one-time licenses with no subscription: non-exclusive Standard fixed at USD 49.99, plus creator-priced Premium 7/30/90-day Category Exclusivity and Catalog Buyout options.
  • Category Exclusivity addresses the concern that a competitor could later obtain the same video inside dy and lets the creator set a higher price for the hold without producing a new asset; it does not erase earlier licenses or cover other markets.
  • A server-verified COMPLETED capture applies the contractual 92/8 gross split in integer cents; the creator share remains pending until settlement and reconciliation, and actual costs are recorded separately.
  • Fresh Drop Club is unavailable. dy would only evaluate a subscription after verifying that at least three agencies return for new content; there is no recurring charge or automatic renewal today.
