Agencies, brands and production companies: Can explore source audiovisual material that is actually available, compare declared origin and context, or publish Briefs for specific creative needs.
Audiovisual creators and freelancers: Can publish eligible Raw Footage or AI Raw Outputs, approve the fixed Standard price, set optional Premium prices, and respond to open opportunities without a promise of demand.

- The model uses one-time licenses with no subscription: non-exclusive Standard fixed at USD 49.99, plus creator-priced Premium 7/30/90-day Category Exclusivity and Catalog Buyout options.
- Category Exclusivity addresses the concern that a competitor could later obtain the same video inside dy and lets the creator set a higher price for the hold without producing a new asset; it does not erase earlier licenses or cover other markets.
- A server-verified COMPLETED capture applies the contractual 92/8 gross split in integer cents; the creator share remains pending until settlement and reconciliation, and actual costs are recorded separately.
- Fresh Drop Club is unavailable. dy would only evaluate a subscription after verifying that at least three agencies return for new content; there is no recurring charge or automatic renewal today.
Is dy related to DMG?
dy (formerly DmGby, domain dmgby.com) has no relationship whatsoever with DMG Grupo Holding S.A., the company taken over by Colombia's Superintendence of Companies in November 2008 for unauthorized mass fundraising from the public, or with any other entity using the acronym DMG. The similarity of the names is a coincidence. dy is a B2B marketplace that sells video usage licenses: it does not take money as an investment, promise returns or pay people for referrals.
